Your website requires ongoing technical care after launch. The Care Plan helps keep your website secure, updated, backed up, monitored, and supported. It is not a second payment for the website itself.

Depending on your selected plan, your Care Plan may include hosting management, SSL, backups, security monitoring, CMS updates, technical maintenance, minor content updates, performance checks, and technical support.

Hosting management can be included in your Care Plan. The exact infrastructure and hosting arrangements depend on your project and agreement. Any applicable third-party infrastructure costs will be clearly communicated before your project begins.

Domain renewal is handled according to your agreement. Vernox can manage your domain renewal for you, but the actual domain renewal cost depends on the domain extension and registrar pricing.

Your domain belongs to your business. Vernox can manage the technical administration and renewal of the domain on your behalf.

If Care Plan payments become overdue, maintenance and support services may be paused. Continued non-payment may result in hosting or website services being suspended according to the terms of your agreement. Your contract will clearly explain the process before services are suspended.

Care Plan cancellation terms depend on your agreement. Any required notice period or minimum commitment will be clearly communicated before you subscribe.

New features, major redesigns, new pages, advanced integrations, e-commerce functionality, and substantial development work are quoted separately based on the scope of work.

Yes. Your website can be expanded as your business grows. You can request additional functionality, new features, integrations, or a larger package, with the additional work quoted based on your requirements.
